SESSION 1 / NORTH STAR
What is worth improving?
A better existing workflow is a valid outcome. Begin with someone’s real work, not a reason to build software. Preserve your solo baseline idea before group influence.
SESSION 2 / REALITY CHECK
Would someone use the change?
A small observation can save a large amount of unnecessary building. An honest decision to simplify or stop is a successful learning outcome.
SESSION 3 / READY FOR THE ROOM
Bring something others can use.
Your artifact can be a short brief or a simple task flow. A working product is not required. Honest uncertainty with a feasible next test is completely acceptable.

Your preparation conversation
Loading the preparation coach’s current availability…
When live AI is enabled, your saved preparation and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to shape the response. The coach does not read your live-day workspace records. Use shareable information and avoid confidential details.
