Darden's MBA Named 3rd in the World for Entrepreneurship

BFD of the week: the Financial Times just published their MBA program rankings, and Darden was named third in the world for entrepreneurship. That's the larger ecosystem we at the i.Lab are a part of. Pretty amazing, no?

FT's rankings took into account both school and alumni support for entrepreneurs, and measured success by looking at the percentage of MBA grads who did these five things:

1. Started a company.

2. Were female entrepreneurs.

3. Raised at least a third of their equity through private investors (rather than using their own savings or money from family and friends).

4. Had companies still in operation (specifically, if they started in 2014 they were still operating at the end of 2015).

5. Had their main source of income as their company.

You can read more about that here and here.
