We want to have a solid budget planned out for when we start applying for SBIR grants and other larger sum prizes. We know the direct costs of our prototyping, but what other kinds of costs do we factor into this? Do we need to think about ourselves at all? Any kinds of hidden costs or cost blankets we should be aware of?
