Hi everyone,

Zadie and I have realized that when you search Art for the Heart Charlottesville, our website doesn't come up. We are trying to promote our business to the community and it is hard when they cannot find our website. Does anyone know how to create a strong online presence and get your website to pop up when you search?

    I can help a bit with this as well.  I've learned from the folks in the iLab that there are a lot of ways to get your site rankings up, one way that was pretty easy that helps some is to just do some basic things on the code for your website (which hopefully you've got some access to).  I used this site: https://rankgen.com.  I managed to get from Google page 6 to page 1, 4th result using the suggestions from that site.

    I'll be around some on Wednesday and Friday if you want to chat about it.

    I also learned from a bunch of people in the iLab that there is a lot more to it than just that, but the rankgen site can get you bumped up pretty easily, and with no cost.
