Bringing on a Co-founder

At one point, it might be in my best interest to take on a co-founder/partner and I'd like to take this iLab opportunity to talk to some people who have experience or knowledge to share. I'm in the position where I've already invested a considerable amount of money and time towards my venture, so I'm trying to figure out what is fair for me and that potential future co-founder. Frankly, I have no idea where to even start with numbers so any advise is appreciated.
