Sample stakeholder 'update' email

Anyone sending routine 'update' emails to your stakeholders and willing to share an example with me? I'm curious to understand tone, length, general content and if you include any 'asks.'

That was the text of mine. I had a photo of the prototype (screen shot) and a photo of me teaching the WeCodeToo kids, but I couldn't figure out how to get the photos in this post.
