Any suggestion on how to manage long distance partnership?

Like a long distance relationship - lots of facetime and trust 

Slack.  Software.  It's an instant chat room, and you get constant notifications when someone says something.  It's glorified texting that works better for a working relationship.  Totally worth it.  John or I can show you the interface the next time we see you?
