How do you track what is helping? A "how did you hear about us" question? Discount codes linked to specific channels? What has worked well for you?

Yep, Jason is right. It is creepy how much information Google will give you.

It does take a little while to setup Google Analytics though... I'm not sure how much access to your website code you have but I'd be happy to talk through this a bit. Definitely not a Google Analytics expert by any means :)
